Bianca Mavrick Jewellery is happy to offer a store credit for change of mind returns. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order and quote your order confirmation number and let us know the item you wish to return.
Please note, you will need to send the item to us to be assessed and it must be unworn, without scratches and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed.
Please carefully package the item, in its original box packaging materials to protect the jewellery in transit, and returned via registered post. You must promptly communicate the postage tracking details to us via email. Bianca Mavrick Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during the shipment of the return. Buyers are responsible for any shipping and handling fees of the return.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift voucher that will be valid for 2 years, or an item can be exchanged with the difference transferred to a gift voucher.
We are unable to accept returns of earrings/pierced jewellery under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons so please be careful with your choice and do not hesitate to ask for more information about the desired item before making your purchase.
PURCHASES FROM OUR STOCKISTS
Please contact the store you have purchased from in the event you would like an exchange/refund as we do not have access to their back end systems.
All Bianca Mavrick Jewellery is handcrafted with the upmost care, and assessed carefully before dispatch.
However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email and provide a full description including photographs within 7 days of purchasing.
The item will then be assessed and the best course of action determined.
All Bianca Mavrick Jewellery has a 6 month warranty and we are happy to repair or replace an item upon assessment.
In the rare case that breakage occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the first 6 months of purchase Bianca Mavrick Jewellery will happily repair or replace the item or in the event that item is sold out, offer a gift card to the full amount paid.
Our warranty does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to general wear and tear, misuse or unintentional mistreatment - eg. jewellery that has not been stored or cared for correctly and is chipped, scratched, snapped or bent out of shape.
Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a repair or replacement and include photographs of your item. The item will them be assessed and need to be mailed to our studio via registered post.
