Australian Orders

Delivery is a flat rate of $10.00AUD and orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Delivery service within 1-2 days.

Orders over $200 are eligible for free delivery.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends, Queensland or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day.

Australia Post Express post orders should be received in 1–4 business days for metropolitan areas & 3–10 business days to Western Australia, outside of metropolitan areas and rural locations.

It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office if the parcel can not be left at the address provided. 

International Shipping

Receive FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on US orders over $200 AUD.

International shipping rates via Australia Post for all orders listed below. 




Parcels could take up to 7 business days to arrive once they have been dispatched. Upon dispatch a tracking number will be emailed to you. The parcels can be tracked via the Australia Post website.

Payment Method

Bianca Mavrick Jewellery accepts VISA and MasterCard through Secure Pay Australia. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on credit card security measures. Bianca Mavrick will appear on your credit card statement. All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars. 

Bianca Mavrick Jewellery also accepts AfterPay. If you do choose to pay through Afterpay you will be redirected at check out to the Afterpay website to process the payment.  

 If you bought your goods from a stockist, retailer or from somewhere other than from the website, you will need to seek exchange of refund from that stockist directly.

Duties and Taxes

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Bianca Mavrick Jewellery is not responsible for any delays. 

 Currency Conversion

All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars for your convenience. For international purchases, the bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but  it should match closely with the current rate.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Bianca Mavrick is not liable for lost post where the package has been delivered  to an incorrectly provided or unsecured address. Refunds/replacement of goods will unfortunately not be provided in these circumstances.

Out of Stock Items

In the very unlikely case that a product you have purchased is unavailable we will contact you immediately. If the transaction has been processed we will reverse the payment.  We will then inform you when the product will be available.  For any enquires regarding this please email  and you will receive a prompt response. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless there is manufacturing fault present. 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons on any items where you have changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. 



All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods. 

If you are issued a refund it we will credited back onto credit the card that you placed the order with via Secure Pay. 

Faulty Items

All items are produced in house and quality checked before they are ready for dispatch however on the rare and unlikely occasion there may be a fault we didn't find.

Claims for faulty goods must be made within 3 months of purchase.

Please note that the general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

The jewellery is handmade and should be handled with care.

If it is dropped on a hard surface it could damage the coloured coating. If pressure is placed on the earring posts or if they are bent out of shape they can weaken. This can result in breakage.

Please ensure to keep your earrings in the original packaging to prevent this from occurring and prevent scratching when storing. Bianca Mavrick Jewellery is not required to fix items have been broken when worn.

All pieces come with care instruction information that should be followed. Please see the Jewellery Care instructions on the website for further information.  

Earring Weights

Please make sure to read the description of each design. The dimensions and  weight are accurately described - the weight is listed as the total weight per pair. If you have any questions regarding the size or weight of a product please enquire before making a purchase. We can not offer offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.


Bianca Mavrick Jewellery is handcrafted using sterling silver ear posts, connecting rings and ear backs. Metals are coated with industrial strength colour coatings and components are made from lightweight, uniquely patterned Italian cellulose acetate. Please keep in mind that your patterned cellulose acetate elements may vary slightly from what is pictured - though we assure you each unique patterned piece is equally gorgeous and matches in colour to the product listing.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Our Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date or receipt. 

We do not refund Gift Cards.
